I don't know what to say. Ironic, huh?

I've been pounding away at this application for so long I do believe I've lost the last shards of sanity I think I might once have possessed. Life is what happened when I wasn't typing away at Novelist, when I wasn't online researching and uploading and downloading, when the soft purr of the computer's fan fell silent and the last pixel of the monitor went black. If you're a writer and you don't understand what I'm talking about, you probably haven't written a novel. Yet. It's a good thing, then, that you're here now.

PRIEST: Novelist is the flagship of a series of web applications dedicated to assisting writers in crafting their masterworks. Many have told me that I've started on the most difficult writing task first. I chose the one dearest to my heart first, so that the passion would be captured "as-is", without dilution. Herein you will find tools and tips and tricks to assist in organizing your ideas, solidifying your characters, polishing your prose and analyzing your story. I do not promise it will make novel writing easier. I won't promise it will make the process faster. I do promise that it will make the end result better.

I have organized the application into four sections: Character, Plot, Scene and Style. There are forms that will help you organize your thoughts and articles that will hopefully inspire you to think. The "print-to-page" system currently in use here will soon be replaced with more powerful controls. If you have any in mind, please don't hesitate to tell me.
